Burwood Residence

The project is a multi-residential low carbon scheme located in Melbourne, Australia. This initiative focuses on sustainability and energy efficiency, integrating innovative design elements to minimize the building’s carbon footprint. Set in a new development corridor, it takes advantage of the city’s views and surrounding vegetation to create a subtle design that densifies the suburban plots with high quality apartments which priortise thermal comfort, daylight and amenity. The use of off-site construction, sustainable materials, and energy-efficient systems ensures that the building not only exceeds current environmental standards but also provides a durable and environmentally conscious living solution.
