The Bruce Grove proposal focuses on transforming the existing car park sites in Tottenham into a vibrant, community‑centred environment. Building on a landscape‑led approach, the project emphasises the reuse of existing structures, low‑carbon design strategies, and flexible construction solutions to support long‑term sustainability. The proposal also integrates opportunities for social value, including neighbourhood activation such as street‑party‑style community events and adaptable public‑realm components that can be reconfigured or recycled to extend their lifecycle.
