Mallard Place is conceived as a vibrant, mixed‑use urban quarter that brings together new homes, adaptable workspaces, and an engaging public realm within the evolving cultural context of Wood Green’s Chocolate Factory district. The project blends biophilic design principles, carbon‑conscious construction, and the strategic reuse of existing structures to create a flexible neighbourhood capable of adapting to changing community needs over time. Housing, local commerce, and landscaped public spaces are interwoven to form a cohesive, resilient, and socially connected urban fabric.
